A: No! This is a free community event.
Q: Isn’t Chattanooga Cars and Coffee by QE free? Why do you need sponsors?

Q: How do I sign up to be a vendor, sponsor, or promote my business or car club?
A:
Vendors: We rotate local food and coffee vendors to keep things fun and fresh. If you would like to sign up as a food vendor, please contact us.
Sponsors: We are proud to bring such a unique event to the Chattanooga area, and welcome sponsors and exhibitors that support the area and the local automotive enthusiast. Please reach out to us to discuss current and future sponsorship opportunities.
Clubs: We encourage all car clubs to arrive early and as a crew so we can help you park as a group. If you would like to discuss reserving a block of parking spots for your club, please feel free to contact us one week before each event. We will do everything we can to support your request.
Q: Can I hand out flyers for another car show, event, fundraiser, etc.?
A: Yes, passing out flyers is permitted at Chattanooga Cars and Coffee.
Out of concern for safety and respect for others, placing flyers in or on vehicles is NOT permitted. Please remember not to touch a vehicle unless you have permission from the owner.
Q: Can I save parking spaces for someone else or others in my group or club?
A: Parking is on a first come first serve basis, (Unless approved and marked by staff) and unfortunately reserving spaces for others is not permitted due to the size of our event, as the lot does fill to capacity most months.

If your club or group wants to park together, plan to meet up somewhere nearby before the start of the show and coordinate arriving together.
Q: Will you donate to my charity/cause or can I set up a table/booth to collect donations at Chattanooga Cars and Coffee?
A: We support may worthy causes throughout the year; Chattanooga Food Bank Canned food Drive, The forgotten Child Fund, etc.
While there are many worthy causes, we are unable to support each opportunity that is presented to us. However, there are certain events that are charity based and if your charity would like to be the theme you can contact us to discuss it.
On behalf of Chattanoga Cars and Coffee by Quick Everett’s Garge, the sponsors, staff and volunteers, we can’t wait to see you and your ride!
Happy motoring!
Here are a few Pro-Tips to remember:
Do Arrive Early
Our Chattanooga Cars and Coffee events start at 8am EST, and many cars tend to arrive early. So if you want to see the most exquisite cars, make sure you arrive early. Plus, arriving early means you can get a good parking spot and avoid the crowds.
Do Respect the Cars
Chattanooga Cars and Coffee events are all about admiring and respecting the beauty of the cars. Therefore, it's essential to respect the cars and not touch them without permission. Avoid leaning on the cars or opening their doors, and never sit inside a car without the owner's permission. Remember that even if a certain car isn’t to your liking or style, it's the broader common interest in cars that brings us all together, and everyone has his or her individual taste and style.
Do Ask for Permission Before Taking Photos
Taking pictures is an essential part of attending Chattanooga Cars and Coffee event. However, you may want to ask for permission before taking photos of the cars. Some owners may not want their cars photographed, and it's essential to respect their wishes.
Do Engage in Conversation
Chattanooga Cars and Coffee events are a great place to meet new people who share your passion for cars. Therefore, don't be afraid to strike up a conversation with other attendees. You may learn something new about cars or make new friends.
Do Clean Up After Yourself
Chattanooga Cars and Coffee by Quick Everett’s Garage worked hard to secure a clean and safe place to host our events and we want to be good guests. It's essential to clean up after yourself. Please don't leave trash lying around and remember to dispose of your coffee cups and food wrappers properly.
Don’t!
While there are many things you should do when attending a Chattanooga Cars and Coffee event, there are also certain things you should avoid.
Don't Rev Your Engine
One of the most significant don'ts of attending Chattanooga Cars and Coffee events is continually revving your engine. We get it! Your car sounds awesome and you want others to hear it. Remember that laying it down for 5 minutes at 9000RPM is disrespectful to the other attendees and can be dangerous. Keep your engine revs to a minimum and respect the peace and quiet of the event.
Don't Touch the Cars Without Permission
As we mentioned earlier, it's crucial to respect the cars and not touch them without permission. Touching the cars can damage them, and the owners may not appreciate it. If you want to take a closer look at a car, ask the owner first.
Don't Block the Flow of Traffic
Chattanooga Cars and Coffee events can get crowded, and it's essential to be mindful of the flow of traffic. Don't park in a way that blocks the other cars or the entrance and exit points. It's also crucial to follow the directions of the event organizers and the local authorities.
Don't Leave Your Car Running
Leaving your car running is another big no-no. Not only is it dangerous, but it's also disrespectful to the other attendees. Turn off your engine when you park your car and only start it when you're ready to leave.
Don't Speed or Drive Recklessly
Chattanooga Cars and Coffee events are not the place to show off your driving skills. Speeding, drifting, or any other reckless driving behavior is not allowed at these events. Follow the traffic rules and be mindful of the other attendees.
